What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

We currently only accept Credit Card payments.

What kinds of credit cards do you take?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover

Do you accept mail-in orders?

Yes, however, they must be on a Credit Card with both the billing and shipping address either in the USA or in Canada. To mail in your order, print the ORDER FORM (pdf format); complete the information and mail it to us. ALL requested information must be accurate and legible. We will be mailing confirmations etc. via email so please give us your correct email address. We do NOT accept mail orders with check payments as of yet - we are working on that.

Do you accept international orders?

Sorry, No. Currently we only accept orders from the USA and Canada. This means that the billing and shipping addresses should be either in the US or in Canada. We are currently working towards a procedure that will allow us to accept International credit cards, as well as, allow us to ship safely and efficiently Internationally.

What if I don't want to use my Credit Card online?

No problem - while we are confident that our site and servers use the latest in security and encryption technology, we recognize that some people may be a slight bit uncomfortable in using their credit card number online. You can either print out our Mail Order Form - using the link above, or use our shopping cart and when it is time to pay, choose MAIL OR FAX PAYMENT or CALL ME FOR CREDIT CARD INFO. In the first case, you can mail the invoice you receive via email to us with your CC information. In the second case, we will contact you via phone and get the information at that time. Either way, you can rest assured that your information is safe and secure with us.

How are the credit cards processed?

Your billing information is encrypted in the shopping cart and sent to us. We process it at our office using PayPal - an internationally recognized and respected name in credit card processing. When your card is charged, you will get an email from Paypal telling you that we processed your card. Your information is encrypted and secure at all times. Your credit card statement will show a payment to: PAYPAL*AWAZUNI COM.
