Returns
- What is your return policy?

At Awazuni, we stand behind our products and make sure that each product is produced with great care and attention to detail. However, there are times when you may not like the product, it was not what you expected or you receive it damaged. In those instances, we do offer a 30-day return policy.
- Products can only be returned if they were never used prior to return
- You can either opt for an exchange or a refund
- The shipping price you paid when you purchased the product will NOT be refunded, you will also be responsible for the shipping cost of the new product
- Products that are exchanged because of reasons other than they were damaged must be in re-sellable condition. The product must not have been used and must be in as close to original packing as possible
- NO PRODUCT WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA. TO REQUEST AN RMA, PLEASE COMPLETE THE FORM BELOW AND SUBMIT IT. WE WILL THEN SEND YOU AN EMAIL WITH THE RMA INFORMATION ON IT.
By the very nature of the product itself, Custom/Personalized Products - ie products with names, dates can ONLY be returned if their is problem with the workmanship or WE personlized it incorrectly and for no other reason. Since these products can not be resold to anyone else, we can not accept them in return. We apologize for this in advance.
Awazuni will pay for the RETURN shipping ONLY IF the product was damaged during transit or it was not what you ordered (ie we sent you the wrong product). YOU will be responsible for the shipping for all other issues.
