- How does your shipping process work?

We start production on your products AFTER you purchase them and we try to produce them as soon as possible. The average time for delivery of product is 14 days from the date of order. Your credit card is billed at the time the order is processed - ie when you place the order.
- What are your shipping rates?

- Do you ship internationally?

Currently No - however, we are working towards finding an efficient and secure way of shipping our products beyond North America. As it stands, we only ship within the United States of America and Canada.
- I need something right away, can you expedite shipping?

The majority of products are produced AFTER you place the order. This means they are fresh and not sitting on a shelf some place waiting for you to buy them. As a result, we generally don't have a standing inventory of product to ship to you immediately. We apologize for any incovenience.
- Are there other shipping options?

We ship your product as soon as we have it produced and packaged. We do not have a choice of shipping options available currently.
